05 — RULES & REGULATIONS
House
rules
Every booking is made on these terms. Open a heading to read it in full.
01Operating hours
The pitch operates 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday. All bookings are strictly for 90 minutes per session; sessions start and end on time regardless of arrival time.
02Booking & arrival
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the TAY app or front desk. Players should arrive at least 15 minutes before kick-off for check-in; late arrival does not extend playing time.
03Match ball & bibs policy
No team is permitted to bring its own football or bibs onto the pitch. TAY provides the official match ball and team bibs on every booking: general bibs are shared and returned after each session on Kick-Off and Match Day; Championship, Elite, and all Membership bookings receive quality personalized bibs, with Elite and Annual Membership players keeping theirs.
04Footwear
Only rubber-studded (moulded) or turf/futsal shoes are permitted on the pitch. Metal or blade studs are strictly prohibited, as they damage the playing surface, and players wearing them will be asked to change or forfeit pitch time.
05Dress code
Proper sportswear is required at all times — jerseys/training tops, shorts or tracksuit bottoms, and shin guards are strongly recommended. Bare-chested play, street clothing, and open footwear (slippers/sandals) are not allowed on the pitch.
06Player numbers
Maximum of 14 players on the pitch per session (7-a-side, including goalkeepers), plus reasonable substitutes off-pitch. Additional spectators/guests must remain in designated viewing areas.
07Conduct & safety
No smoking, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances are permitted on or around the pitch. Abusive language, fighting, or reckless play that endangers others will result in immediate removal from the session without refund.
08Equipment & turf care
No food, glass bottles, or sharp objects are allowed on the playing surface. Goalposts, nets, and other pitch equipment must be used only for their intended purpose; any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the booking party.
09Parking
Free parking access is included on every booking, with no tier restriction.
10Children & minors
Players under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or booked under the supervised Family/Kids slot where applicable.
11Cancellations & rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, in line with standard policy communicated at the time of booking.
12Weather & force majeure
In the event of extreme weather affecting safety, TAY reserves the right to pause or reschedule a session; affected bookings will be rearranged at no extra cost.
