The things people ask most often about the gym, the pitch and the shop.
How much does it cost to hire the pitch?
The pitch is hired by the hour at a flat rate of ₦20,000. It is the same price whichever window you take — there is no peak rate and no weekend surcharge.

Can I book a class online?
Not yet. Class booking is not live on the site, so places are arranged in person for the time being.
The timetable itself is already here — you can see what runs, who coaches it, when it starts and how long it lasts on the gym page, without an account.
Do I need an account to see the class timetable?
No. The class timetable is public and needs no account and no sign-in. You only need an account for the things that act on your behalf — ordering from the shop, and booking once booking is available.
What should I bring to a gym session?
Training kit you can move in, footwear suited to what you are actually doing, and water.
The one thing worth being particular about is shoes. Running shoes and lifting shoes are built for opposite jobs, and a soft cushioned sole is the wrong thing to stand on under a heavy bar.
Do I need an account to order from the shop?
Yes. Browsing the range is open to anyone, but placing an order requires signing in. The shop page lists what is currently carried.
On the class timetable, does "capacity" mean how many places are left?
No. Capacity is the size of the class — how many people it holds when it is full. It is not a live availability figure and it does not go down as people book.
The timetable is a public page with no sign-in, so there is nobody for it to personalise a remaining-places count for. Availability is checked at the point of booking, where it has to be checked again anyway.
How do I get in touch?
Use the contact page at /tay/contact. It reaches the same people as everything else and it means your enquiry is written down rather than passed on.
What membership tiers do you offer?
Four: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond.

Where can I see photographs of the facility?
The gallery page carries photographs of the gym, the pitch and the shop. There is a shorter strip on the gym page as well.
When can I hire the pitch?
The pitch is hired inside three windows — morning, afternoon and evening — seven days a week. The hours each window covers are listed on the pitch page.
The rate is the same in all three.
