Five-a-Side at TAY

Five-a-side asks different things of a player than a full-size game does. The pitch is smaller, the ball comes back faster, and there is far less time between receiving it and having to do something with it.
That changes what is worth practising. First touch matters more than distance passing, and the ability to turn under pressure matters more than pace over thirty metres.
It also makes for a demanding hour. There is very little standing still in a five-a-side game, and anyone coming to it from eleven-a-side is usually surprised by how much running is involved in a much smaller space.
